By accessing or using our website at peptinexia.com (the “Site”), creating an account, or purchasing any products, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Product Disclaimer (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site or purchase any products.
1. Eligibility

By using the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to request verification of age at any time and to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify eligibility.
2. Account Registration
Access to the Site and product catalog requires a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including for inactivity, suspected misuse, or violation of these Terms.
3. Product Use & Research Disclaimer
All products sold through Peptinexia are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, diagnostic purposes, or any clinical use. By purchasing any product, you represent and warrant that:
- You will use the products solely for lawful research purposes.
- You are qualified to handle research chemicals and understand the associated risks.
- You will not use, administer, or distribute the products for human or animal consumption.
- You are familiar with and will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research compounds in your jurisdiction.
- You have read and understood all product labeling, including safety data and handling instructions.
Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Information provided — including product descriptions, research study summaries, and handling guidelines — is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or scientific advice.
4. Research Use Acknowledgement
Prior to completing your first purchase, you will be required to complete a Research Use Acknowledgement form. This form captures your name, email, and affirmative acknowledgement that you understand and agree to the research-only use restrictions described herein. Submission records — including timestamp, IP address, and form responses — are retained as part of our compliance records. Failure to complete the acknowledgement will prevent checkout.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the price and, at our discretion, cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated at checkout.
We accept payment via cryptocurrency (processed through BTCPay Server), manual payment methods (Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp), and credit/debit card payments processed off-site via third-party invoicing or payment links. Payment is due at the time of order. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed. We do not store payment credentials for manual payment methods. Credit/debit card transactions processed via off-site payment links are handled entirely by the third-party processor; Peptinexia does not collect, transmit, or store card details. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on-chain and are subject to network confirmation times.
6. Orders & Fulfillment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or product unavailability. You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled. For local delivery orders in the Napa Valley area, delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. For shipped orders, estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
7. Volume Discounts
Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the quantity of individual product SKUs in your order: 5% for orders of 4–6 vials of the same product, and 10% for orders of 7–10 vials of the same product. Promotional discounts, referral credits, and new registrant discounts may be offered from time to time and may be subject to additional terms. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, research summaries, and software — is the property of Peptinexia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEPTINEXIA AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptinexia and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Site or products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized application of any product purchased from us.
11. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that research chemicals involve inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of all products purchased from Peptinexia. You acknowledge that Peptinexia has not tested products for safety or efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or any other human or animal application.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) resell products in a manner that misrepresents their intended use or makes unauthorized health claims; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems; (d) use automated means to access or scrape the Site; (e) interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or (f) provide false or misleading information in connection with your account or orders.
