Thank you for purchasing from Peptinexia. Due to the nature of our products — high-purity research compounds that must maintain strict chain-of-custody and storage integrity — our return and refund policy is as follows.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are considered final once payment has been confirmed and the order has been processed. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or any reason unrelated to a fulfillment error on our part. Please verify your order carefully — including product selection, quantities, and shipping details — before completing payment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect (wrong product or wrong quantity), we will make it right. To initiate a claim:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, product label(s), and the issue in question.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.
Upon review and verification, we will, at our discretion, either ship a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a refund for the affected item(s). Claims submitted beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier (non-delivery confirmed by tracking), we will reship the order at no additional cost. If the carrier marks the shipment as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace. We are unable to reship or refund orders that the carrier confirms as delivered.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been packed or shipped may be eligible for cancellation and a full refund. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Local Delivery Orders
For local delivery orders in the Napa Valley area, the same policies apply. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be issued at the USD equivalent value at the time of refund, not at the original transaction exchange rate. Please allow up to 7 business days for refund processing.
Chargebacks
Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service. We will submit full documentation — including order confirmations, delivery records, product photographs, and copies of this policy — to contest any such claims.
